Scivic Rivers is the new musical nom de plume of North Carolina American singer-songwriter Randy Bickford; the new self-titled album is his seventh full-length album. Pitchfork Magazine described Randy’s writing as “tracing a single thought or sketching a single image throughout the course of several bars, building suspense and making you wait patiently for the payoff”. Special guest includes Quetico. Led by North Carolina artist Yan Westerlund, Quetico is a jazz project that explores the edges of jazz music and what lies beyond its traditional musical construct.
