- Provides financial support to developing or established professionals by funding a project or program pivotal to the advancement of their careers as artists.

- A partnership of Orange County Arts Commission and Durham Arts Council
- Supports the artistic and professional development of artists in all genres.
- Application period: June 15 – August 31, 2023
