Scivic Rivers is the new musical nom de plume of North Carolina American singer-songwriter Randy Bickford; the new self-titled album is his seventh full-length album. Bickford’s music has earned him wide recognition from fellow musicians and critics alike. Special guest includes Quetico. Led by North Carolina artist Yan Westerlund, Quetico is a jazz project that explores the edges of jazz music and what lies beyond its traditional musical construct.
