Scivic Rivers is the new musical nom de plume of North Carolina American singer-songwriter Randy Bickford; the new self-titled album is his seventh full-length album. Pitchfork Magazine described Randy’s writing as “tracing a single thought or sketching a single image throughout the course of several bars, building suspense and making you wait patiently for the payoff”.
