Asia-Marie Terrell, 26, recently miscarried after being told for six years that she was unable to have children. Despite this, part of her was relieved by the loss; the experience “motivated me to get myself together as a person.” She feels people her age are supposed to “figure out who you are without your family telling you who you are.” Asia-Marie likes the feeling of Chapel Hill. She said, “You get so much out of a small town…you can be yourself.” Asia-Marie’s favorite place is the library. She loves walking there and walking back. “When you have a lot of time on your hands, you tend to pick at your mind a little bit.”
