Join instructor Heather Gerni in a safe and playful space that encourages students to find their creative voice, have fun, and see what naturally unfolds on the canvas.
Students in this class will begin with a large blank canvas and a picture they would like to paint. Instructor Scott Myers will guide them through the process of turning that white page into a real work of art. Students are welcome to work in the medium of their choice. No experience is required for this beginner level course.
Learn how to paint and let go of fear! In this workshop, perfect for beginning painters, instructor Leia Langston will teach students how to use their materials, basic color theory, composition and other techniques to help them find their own style.
This beginner course is designed to introduce participants to the truly magical world of natural indigo dyeing. Students will learn shibori dyeing techniques and walk through the process of preparing fabric for dyeing. They will create several samples and a beautiful finished scarf to take home and enjoy for years to come.

In this intensive instrument building workshop, veteran musician Jason Mullinax will show students how to construct and play their very own electroacoustic instrument.

Instructor Leia Langston will teach students how to use their materials and understand basic color theory and composition. An array of other techniques will be introduced to help each person in class find their own unique style.
In this workshop, students will learn how to turn an old book into an art journal or an “altered book”. Instructor Donna Stubbs will provide discarded old books that can be recycled into one-of-a-kind art pieces with the addition of drawings, mixed media paintings, writing and doodles.
Students in this class will create a treasure trove of printed, patterned and painted papers.
