The Arrow Workshop© is an Expressive Arts Program accessible to people of all ages and skillsets. It is based on cultivating creativity through the practice of mindfulness, journal writing, positivity, and the construction of an artful arrow that becomes a personal metaphor of honoring the past and purposefully focusing on the present. The workshop empowers participants to recognize character strengths in themselves and in others, explore creativity through imagination while considering habits, and the possibility of developing inner strengths that lead to personal healing and problem solving to meet the future gracefully and powerfully with personal confidence.
Masks must be worn at all times. Students are required to show instructors a proof of vaccination before attending in-person classes. Refunds and exchanges are not offered for in-person classes offered during the pandemic.
All ArtSchool registrations have a $3 processing fee added upon check-out.
