Tai-Chi | 6.19 – 8.7

T’ai chi ch’uan originated as a martial art that is now valued for its healthful benefits for both the body and the mind. In this class we’ll learn the form, a series of movements or postures, developed by Cheng Man-ch’ing. Tai chi is a moving and mindful meditation involving strength, flexibility and balance. Tai chi is a relaxed and focused practice that develops and cultivates chi, life-force, that if practiced regularly, will find its way into many corners of the practitioner’s life. Nothing special is required for the class except comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and shoes without sticky soles.

Refund and Exchange Policy

You may request a full refund up to 5 business days prior to the start date of your course. You may request a transfer of your enrollment up to 5 business days prior to the start date of your course. We do not process requested refunds or transfers within 5 business days of the start of a class, nor after the class has begun.
