Stained Glass Crash Course

Class description: For those interested in learning the basics of stained glass. We will cover the basics of the Tiffany method, including: glass cutting, grinding, foiling & soldering. Students will complete a free-form suncatcher from a variety of patterns and glass combinations and will leave prepared for the next level of instruction. This class is designed for beginners, but is also ideal for those who may need a refresher on their basic skills. Because this class has some safety concerns, we require that students younger than 16 years of age be accompanied by an enrolled parent.

Materials needed: Provided by instructor

Materials provided by: Instructor will collect materials and make them available for students; students will be required to bring a materials fee to the first class to reimburse the instructor

Age Range for this Class

All ArtSchool Classes are for 15 and up unless otherwise specified.

ArtSchool Class Enrollment Policy

Classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment within 3 business days of their start will be cancelled, and any purchased tuition will be fully refunded.

Exchange and Cancellation Policy

You may request a full refund up to 5 business days prior to the start date of your course. You may request a transfer of your enrollment up to 5 business days prior to the start date of your course. We do not process requested refunds or transfers within 5 business days of the start of a class, nor after the class has begun.

ArtSchool scholarships are given out on a semester-by-semester basis. Please fill out our online application here.
