“Walking in the Merritt’s Pasture, I stumbled on a wondrous vision of pollen on the water in the cow pond at the center of the meadow. It swirled exuberantly in a majestic golden storm that immediately brought forth thoughts of Van Gogh. I snapped a few images with my phone, and turning the image upside down those agents of allergy became the Cosmos. I went back daily for about two weeks until one big thunderstorm washed it all away. This year I was reminded to shoot again and found even more mind expanding images this spring. Working with master printer Wojtek Wojdynski I was able to make beautiful prints of the work.”
