Last Friday Art Walk Events at Margaret Lane Gallery

Come to downtown and west end Hillsborough for an art-filled evening. At the Gallery, we will have opening receptions for two shows — Game Time featuring work from 10 local artists, and Abstraction of Form and Figure featuring Cedar Ridge High School senior art students Aaron Frazier and Hannah Shinnick. Many of the artists with work in the gallery will be present and ready to hold conversations about art, inspiration and process.
We will have live music on the front lawn from 6:30 to 8 pm — Sonya Badigan (fiddle) and Aaron Tacke (banjo) will perform curated deep cuts in the old time fiddle-banjo tradition with a bluegrass upgrade . And, if the weather is good, we will set out a table or two with art supplies for children of all ages up to 99+
