Flow Yoga (Open Level) | June 27

Are you curious about starting a yoga practice, or wanting to return to one? Join us for this beginner level sample class with instructor Lauren Amado. In this class, students will learn body awareness through a many different asanas, transitions, sun salutations, balance / strength / flexibility poses, and breath awareness.

Students should bring a yoga mat and water bottle and come dressed in comfortable clothes to move in. If you have them, you may bring a yoga block and strap.

Refund and Exchange Policy

You may request a full refund up to 5 business days prior to the start date of your course. You may request a transfer of your enrollment up to 5 business days prior to the start date of your course. We do not process requested refunds or transfers within 5 business days of the start of a class, nor after the class has begun.
