This three-session class will cover handbuilt and wheel-thrown Christmas ornaments. In the first class students will learn how to handbuild and throw several ornaments. The second class will cover trimming and decorating with slip and underglaze to complete work for bisque firing. In the final class we will glaze our bisqued ornaments. Class size will be capped at 4 students to ensure social distancing protocol can be followed. Students are encouraged to research ornaments online and bring images to the first class for guidance and inspiration.

Materials:

ā€“ Tuition includes the cost of glaze materials, firing fees, and a bag of clay.
