Beginner Silk Painting | 6.29 – 7.20

In this workshop, students will explore “The Art of Silk Painting”. Silk painting is known to have therapeutic benefits for the mind. As the colors flow, so will stress. Students will begin with the basics of silk painting & all the tools and materials you need to set up. We will explore a variety of techniques for working with dyes, gutta resist and other additives to create different effects on the fabric. By the end of the workshop students will have gained the skills needed to create their own wearable art using this amazing, timeless medium.

You may request a full refund up to 5 business days prior to the start date of your course. You may request a transfer of your enrollment up to 5 business days prior to the start date of your course. We do not process requested refunds or transfers within 5 business days of the start of a class, nor after the class has begun.
