The Orange County Arts Commission and the Hillsborough Arts Council are pleased to announce the winners of the inaugural Paint it Orange Plein Air Paint-out, which took place October 25-27, 2017, throughout Orange County. Forty-eight painters from five states participated in the painting competition, which was judged by painter John Beerman.

Ten People’s Choice finalists were selected by attendees of the painting sale on Friday at the Hillsborough Arts Council. The public is invited to vote on their favorite painting on the Orange County Arts Commission Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ocncarts through the end of November.
The exhibit of paintings will be displayed and for sale through the end of November at the Hillsborough Arts Council at 102 North Churton Street, open 12-4pm Wednesday through Saturday and 12-5pm on Sunday.
