Drawing a Person. Arms: The Wings of Man, with Wendy Aldwyn

We will be focusing primarily on expression and the visual language of the body. We will be drawing inspiration from professional sources on the internet and from the Poseit app, and possibly get someone to pose for one of the nights.

CREATE: Drawings in pencil and charcoal

ARMS: The wings of man
Not for nothing can the arms move up and down like wings, freely. Their only attachment to our axial skeleton is at the ends of the clavicle, which is anchored to our sternum. We’ll be flying high, drawing arms in sweeping gestures.
