The Orange County Arts Commission (OCAC) is pleased to announce recipients of the 2021-22 Grassroots Arts Program and Artist Project Grants. The OCAC awarded thirty-four grants to twenty-two artists, fourteen nonprofit organizations, and two schools, totaling $53,207.26.
