Writing Political Poems

Poets everywhere are speaking out about what they believe in. In this generative workshop, we’ll examine techniques used in work that tackles tough topics like racial inequality, immigration, war, climate change, and governmental incompetence. We’ll then use those techniques to begin our own poems.
