Women’s Voices Chorus Winter Concert “Breathe Hope, Sing Hope”

With a grant from the Orange County Arts Council, Women’s Voices Chorus will present its winter concert under our new director, Laura Sam, on Saturday, January 18th, at 3PM at the University United Methodist Church,105 E. Franklin St., Chapel Hill, NC. The concert includes 12 compositions in English, written largely by contemporary women composers including Julia Klatt Singer, Carol Barnett, Gwen McLeod Hall, Andea Ramsey, `Sean Ivory, and Elizabeth Alexander, all of whom are calling for peace, unity, and hope.
