Help us celebrate the 16th anniversary of Ultimate Comics with an all out birthday bash! We’re going to have a huge tent sale, creator signings, a charity blood drive, and a visit from our publisher
friends Boom Studios!
Special guest, Jeremy Whitley will be signing his new Marvel series Future Foundation #1! We’re also bringing out a bunch of local comic creators who will be hanging out with all sorts of cool art for you to check out!
Morgan Perry of Boom! Studios is coming all the way out from LA to party with the Ultimate Crew. We’re hanging out and launching the new hit comic Once and Future by Kieron Gillen and Dan Mora! We’ll have an exclusive cover and be doing a giveaway.
We’re doing a huge tent sale outside with dollar books and discount trades all day! In store, everything will be 16% off to help us celebrate the big 16. If you get 8 items or more, mix and match, you’ll get 32% off everything! (only exempting holds and layaways)
The Comic Book Presser will also be on site from 12:00 – 4:00 pm. You can drop off your books for a FREE prescreening and see if your keys are a good candidate for a press and dry clean.
Ultimate Comics is also teaming up with our friends the Ghostbusters of North Carolina and the The Blood Connection to host a blood drive to benefit the amazing charity, Magic Wheelchair from 10 am to 3 pm!
