The Fall Sculpture Show

The Fall Sculpture Show will take place September 19-20. A vibrant weekend filled with art-focused events, including live music, interactive installations, artist meet-and-greets, and family-friendly activities. Local restaurants, cafes, and businesses across Pittsboro will join in the festivities, making it a true town-wide celebration of creativity. “I’ve wanted to put this sculpture show together ever since attending Lenoir’s Sculpture Celebration in the NC mountains,” said Tami Schwerin, co-founder of The Plant which is a food and beverage campus located in Pittsboro. It’s home to small businesses that range from spirits to restaurants to a native plants nursery, farmers market, sake bar, axe throwing to hemp clothing and an art gallery.

The Sculpture Celebration will kick off with an outdoor community dinner celebrating the artists Friday night, September 19, 2025. Committed purchasers will be invited to have a first look Friday night.

The Sculpture Celebration will be Saturday from noon-6pm with musicians and also pop-up artists and craftspeople. The town of Pittsboro will be hosting art events throughout the weekend as well.
The purchased artwork will be installed in the Town of Pittsboro easements that have been designated for public art.
