Tactile Treasures, a D’ArtShop Group Show

D’ArtShop welcomes you to a show all about actual(not implied) texture! The works are meant to embrace a diverse array of textural means through media treatment and/or surface addition/manipulation.

We want viewers to be drawn to the tactile qualities of each piece and feel free to reach out and touch many in the collection. Signage will specify which art may or may not be touched in accordance with each artist’s wishes. We hope you enjoy the collection!

Participating artists include Lisa Burke, Gail Crane, Jennifer Jordan, Eliza Murphy, Jacqueline Rimmler, Fran C. Sitton, Amy Wilson-Stronks, and Barbara Younger.

The opening reception will be held Friday, October 17, 5:30-7:30 pm.

D’ArtShop is a visual art club for adults to learn , create and share art together.
