Celebration of creativity and community with those with the lived experience of incarceration, featuring artwork and poetry by inmates at Orange Correctional Center.
Reception during the Last Friday Art Walk, Friday, August 30, 6-9p. A Friends and Family Celebration on Saturday October 5, from 1:30 to 4 pm, will be held at the Community Room in the public library, next door to the Gallery.
We at Margaret Lane Gallery are grateful to the men at OCC for sharing their work through the Gallery, and for Yesterday and Today Frame Shop donating professional matting and framing for the work (supplies and labor). The work will be returned, with framing, to the men at the conclusion of the show (the work is not for sale).
