Over 2.5 days, you will learn 4 tools that can be used in a meditative practice as well as throughout the day. Each tool has three parts to affect our heart, our mind and our body. Ascension means rising above limitations and fears. Truth is universal. There are no beliefs required in order to practice Ascension so it can be done by anyone of any faith or religion or background.
