Free Creative Respite for Caregivers of Loved Ones with Dementia Workshop with Debi L. Drew

A new art lesson is presented each month in a 2-hour session. The lesson provides a bit of relaxation and the opportunity to have a stress-free creative learning experience. All supplies are provided.

These creative respite sessions, specifically intended for caregivers who are caring for a loved one(s) with Dementia, are free of charge but registration is required..
The lesson for January 2023 is “Hand Colored Quilt Design on Paper” Colored pencils will be used to create a quilt pattern using a warm or cool palette of choice. Decorative elements may also be incorporated into the design. A gradation of warm colors were used to demonstrate smooth transitions in the example shown. No sewing is required for this little quilt and you can finish it in a day!
