Chapel Hill Philharmonia Concert: “Happily Free”

On Sunday, April 30, the Chapel Hill Philharmonia will present its 2023 spring concert. Conducted by Donald L. Oehler, the 2023 Young Artist Concerto Competition winner, Benjamin Luo, will perform the first movement of Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto #2. Berlioz’s “Rakoczy March” from “The Damnation of Faust” leads off the program. Brahms’s joyful Symphony 3 concludes the concert. The music begins at 3:00pm in Moeser Auditorium on the UNC-CH campus. Admission is free.
