The Orange County Arts Commission (OCAC) is pleased to announce recipients of the 2023-24 Grassroots Arts Program and Artist Project Grants. The OCAC awarded thirty-eight grants to fourteen artists or artist-groups, fifteen nonprofit organizations, and four schools, totaling $118,220.00
