Join a Hollywood actress, former NFL player, and Olympic cyclist for a hands-on workshop on how you can feel healthier, empowered, and become a better leader for your community. This is a free event hosted for university and high students in North Carolina.
We will debunk the myths around plant-based food, hear personal stories from our guests, and learn how community leadership and healthy living intersect.
