For 2025, the Makers at the Mill Holiday Bazaar heads to the Historic Courthouse Lawn in Downtown Hillsborough!

Join us for high quality arts and craft vendors, holiday entertainment, food, beverages, and more!

Saturday, November 15 | 10am-4pm | Historic Courthouse Lawn

Holiday Treats:

Fresh baked cookies and brownie cups from Get Me Right with Cookies
Cotton candy art from B.I.T.S. of Cosmic Proportions
Hot cider from Botanist & Barrel
Tres leches, creamy flan, pastries, and more from Ta Contento Delightful Sweets

Music & Activities:

Orange High School Band: Various Ensembles – 10:30am

Dave Bass and the Rowdy Rogues – 12pm
A rowdy-style community square dance for all ages/abilities featuring caller Abby Huggins with: Dave Bass -fiddle, Hasee Ciaccio – bass, Sonya Badigan – guitar, and Joseph DeCosimo – banjo.

Sisters’ Voices Chorus – 2:15pm

(Free) Holiday Crafts with Mer Haggerty – all day!

Parking & Accessibility

The Courthouse Lawn is located at 104 E. King St. in Downtown Hillsborough. All parking in Downtown Hillsborough is FREE – there’s on-street parking, as well as parking lots and the Eno River Parking Garage, located behind Weaver St. Market, one block away. There are several handicapped-accessible parking spots around the Courthouse. If you need close-by parking and all spots are full, please see our traffic control volunteer at the intersection of Court St. and Margaret Ln. 

The Bazaar will take place on the lawn around the Courthouse.  The lawn is surrounded by a slate sidewalk. The lawn has exposed tree roots throughout, but it is wheelchair accessible. Seating will not available, but camp chairs are allowed! 

Portable restrooms will be on site.
