Artists! Register for our Grants for Artists Training Session on July 21 at 6pm through GoToMeeting. We’ll be discussing the OCAC’s Artist Project Grant Program as well as the new Artist Support/Emerging Artist Grant in partnership with the Durham Arts Council. These are two different programs – join us to learn the differences and determine which is right for you. We’ll have plenty of time for Q&A afterwards.
Artists in all disciplines are eligible to apply for grants to support their professional and artistic development through a partnership of the North Carolina Arts Council and the Orange County Arts Commission, Durham Arts Council, Alamance Arts, and Person County Arts Council.
Artist Support Grants will be distributed to eligible applicants by the Durham Arts Council in Orange, Durham, Alamance, and Person counties.
Emerging or established artists are encouraged to apply to support a range of professional and artistic development including the creation of work, improvement of business operations, or expanding capacity to bring work to new audiences. Artist fees are also allowable expenses.
Artists in all disciplines are eligible to apply. The 2020-21 grant application will open in July, 2020. Check back soon!
