The Orange County Arts Commission (OCAC) is pleased to announce recipients of the 2017-18 Grassroots Arts Program and Artist Project Grants. The OCAC awarded twenty-five Grassroots Arts Program Grants and seven Artist Project Grants, totaling $57,713, to the following organizations and artists:
