DESCRIPTION:Learn to create art for healing and transformation using the ancient principles of Indian spiritual science. In India\, art is meant to be to elevate our consciousness. DESCRIPTION:Love the Scrap Exchange or rummaging through junk shops? Create an art object with all of those treasures. Learn to assemble 3-D objects with mixed media collage to create shadow boxes\, shrines\, trays\, or story boxes. Similar to collage\, assemblage art is a form of sculpture comprised of “found” objects arranged together. These objects can be anything organic or man-made. DESCRIPTION:This class primes you and your canvas with the basics of how to get started painting. Explore the fundamentals of acrylic painting\, including color-mixing and methods of paint application. Discuss the principals of composition\, line\, color\, value and texture. While structured lessons in various techniques are an important part of this class\, experimentation and the development of your own personal style is encouraged\, and individual attention is given to each artist.
