Filled with witty banter\, unforgettable characters\, and some of Shakespeare’s most beautiful poetry\, “As You Like It” is a celebration of nature\, love\, and the power of finding yourself in a changing world. Set in fictionalized North Carolina woods and infused with local music\, this abridged version is the perfect way to experience the magic of Shakespeare under the open sky. It’s love at first sight for spirited Rosalind and frustrated wrestler-turned-poet Orlando\, but when the Duke banishes Rosalind from court\, Orlando must brave the vast and mysterious Forest of Arden to bring her home. But Rosalind\, disguised as a boy\, is enjoying her adventures too much to go home just yet – especially when she might just find her long-lost father. Can Orlando’s truly awful poetry lead her back to love?  Will Rosalind’s father reclaim his rightful dukedom? General seating is free. DESCRIPTION:The 10th Annual Kids Rock Concert is proud to present an amazing all-star lineup featuring Baron von Rumblebuss and the legendary Mister John Saylor!\nKids Rock is a blast for the whole family! Everyone is welcome to this FREE CONCERT. Invite friends\, neighbors and passersby — and help us spread the word!  Bring a picnic\, enjoy items from the CHCP bake sale\, or purchase some delicious goodies from the El Rolas Tacos food truck or a beverage from Vecino Brewing who will be on-site!\nFree activities include: -Be Active Zone (hula hoops\, bowling\, blocks\, scarves)-Giant Bubble Making Station-Coloring/Drawing Station-Rice sensory bin Additional activities require tickets ($2 a ticket):-Temporary Tattoo Station: 1 ticket per visit-Mask Decorating: 1 ticket per visit-Photo Booth: 1 ticket per visit-Bake Sale: 1 ticket per itemWristbands: $5 (All activities included- save $1!)\n Kids Rock 2019 T-shirts: $15 (see below for example)  provided by The Merch are available for pre-order before Friday\, October 4th. Any remaining shirts will be available for purchase on site at the event.
