SUMMARY:Stained Glass Crash Course (In-person)
DESCRIPTION:Austin – Saturday\, Aug 14\, 9:00am – 5pm (In-person)\n  \nThis one-day workshop is for beginners & those who may need a quick refresher. We will cover the basics of the Tiffany method\, including: glass cutting\, grinding\, foiling & soldering. Students will complete a free-form suncatcher from a variety of patterns and glass combinations and will leave prepared for the next level of instruction. SUMMARY:Mini Mosaics: Pendant Workshop (In-person)
DESCRIPTION:Austin – Sunday\, Aug 15\, 2pm – 6:30pm (In-person)\n  \nIn this workshop\, design wearable mini mosaic art created with colorful stained glass bits and Millefiori (Italian for “a thousand flowers”) in a 1″ square or round pendant tray. Choose pendants in finishes of antique bronze\, brass\, or silver\, with a matching chain or colorful cord\, or matching metal keychain. The mosaic is secured by an epoxy-based grout in black\, white\, or other colorful choices. For a final touch\, the pendant surface will be enclosed in crystal clear jewelry resin.
