DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. January 16th-19th at Dreamfest 2026 in Cary\, NC! The theme is Honoring Dignity and Uplifting Humanity. This inspiring weekend offers a vibrant mix of events\, including an art exhibition\, an Interfaith Service\, a 5K Walk for Hope\, and the Village Dining & Discussion community dinner with an interactive learning experience. Participate in an outdoor Day of Service on a working farm or watch a screening of the John Lewis documentary “Good Trouble” followed by a discussion.\nFamilies can enjoy storytelling and crafts at the children’s program\, while the Cultural Arts Celebration features captivating performances by talented artists\, poets\, and dancers. The Keynote speaker will be Rev. Jerome Gay of Vision Church\, RDU\, with ABC 11’s Kweilyn Murphy serving as the Mistress of Ceremonies.
