All About Teapots

Who doesn’t love a beautiful teapot? In this workshop we will look at a variety of well-made teapots, sketch our own design and then get to work making and assembling all of the teapot components. This quintessential pottery form will push your ceramic skills to the limit. Come with your ideas along with a sketchbook and be prepared to make something amazing. Of course we will share tea at the end of class!

Previous wheel-throwing experience required.

Lara O’Keefe – Saturday, 1-6pm, Sept 28 (Fall 2019)

Tuition includes one bag of clay and covers glazes and firing fees, but not tools. Students may need to purchase a basic tool kit prior to the first class.
